Joan McWilliams decided to open My Little Studio in 1996 in Stevensville, MD, and began selling her own work. In 2008, a larger storefront became available, and she was able to add Island Arts, where artists can rent space to display their work that is for sale. Since then the number of artists and versatility has grown, attracting artists from Kent Island, MD, Annapolis, MD and beyond. Not what you would expect from a traditional art gallery, ours is a place that we want people of all ages and interests to enjoy and feel comfortable shopping in, and taking classes in. While visiting, you will most likely see one of our many artists and crafters. "A Pleasant Place to Be." We are excited about our first "Totally Talented Third Friday" open house of the year, which will be held on Friday, March 21, from 5 to 7 p.m.

Start to unwind from your week, and join us for this friendly gathering of some of our artists and visitors.

Remember to enter our drawing to win a small piece of work created by one of our artists!

Music will be provided by George Hall. Munchies, wine, and other beverages will be provided by our artists for your enjoyment. As always, you will be in good company!
